Cookies Not Supported

  3. Double-click the Internet Options icon.
  4. Select the Security tab.
  5. Make sure you are in the Internet Web content zone.
    1. If the security level is set to "High":
      Click Default Level.
    2. If the security level is set to "Custom":
      Click Default Level.
  6. Select the Privacy tab.
  7. Click the Advanced button.
  8. Check "Override automatic cookie handling".
  9. Check "Always allow session cookies".
  10. Select Enable for each subcategory.
  11. Click OK.

If you are using any release of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 (IE 5.x), Netscape Navigator with IE 5.x:

  1. Begin by clicking the Start button on the Windows taskbar.
  2. Click Settings and then click Control Panel.
  3. Double-click the Internet Options icon.
  4. Select the Security tab.
  5. Make sure you are in the Internet Web content zone.
    1. If the security level is set to "High":
      Change the setting to Medium or click Default Level.
    2. If the security level is set to "Custom":
      1. Either click Default Level
        or
      2. Click Custom Level
        1. Using the scroll bar, find the section labeled Cookies.
        2. Verify "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" is set to Prompt or Enable.
        3. Verify "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" is set to Prompt or Enable.
        4. Click OK.
  6. Click OK.

If you are using any release of Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4 (IE 4.x), Netscape Navigator with IE 4.x:

  1. Begin by clicking the Start button on the Windows taskbar.
  2. Click Settings and then click Control Panel.
  3. Double-click the Internet icon.
  4. Select the Advanced tab.
  5. Using the scroll bar, find the section labeled Cookies.
    1. Select Always accept cookies or Prompt before accepting cookies.
  6. Click OK.

Once you successfully complete these steps cookies will be enabled! Click Back to continue with the Configuration Tool.
