This is NOT an actual virus.
The story is, there is a book ComIng out by that name. The promotors of the book thought it would be a good idea to put out a virus scare of that name. Thus Irina is the title for a soon-to-be-published book. As the story goes, the promotors for the book are now former employees of the publishing house.
