Microsoft Passport Customers

McAfee no longer supports the use of Microsoft Passport.

Due to recent changes in McAfee’s log in process, McAfee no longer supports the use of MS Passport to access account information on the McAfee site. Customers who previously used MS Passport must now use their established McAfee password to log in. During June, 2008 McAfee sent an email to you at the email account on record and provided you with your McAfee Password for use when accessing your account information directly via the McAfee website.

If you still have that email, please use the password we sent you to login to the McAfee site and access your account, purchase and renewal information. If you cannot find the email or deleted it, we can assist you with the following options:
