How do I Find my License Key?

Step 1: Right click “shield icon” in taskbar
Step 2: Click “About”

How do I update my software?

Step 1: Enter your license key.
Step 2: Click Submit and Download .
Note: This button will be disabled if your license key do not match.

Once you enter a valid key, if the key is found, an installer will pop up. Follow the Installation Instructions below to complete your software update.

Step 1 Click “Run”
Step 2 Click “Next”
Step 3 Click “Accept” to agree to the End User License Agreement
Step 4 Click “Yes” to begin installation
Step 5 Follow the onscreen instructions

To continue using McAfee Online Backup you must use one of the supported languages.
If your language is not supported, you can install and use the product in default language mode (English).
